Part-Time Fiscal Intern

The Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor (SNP) has an opening for a Fiscal Intern (Part-Time) to assist with the office’s processing of payments, updating financial records and managing invoices.

• Reviewing vendor invoices and processing payments.
• Processing payment vouchers including PRNI, PRC2, PRM1 in FMS.
• Maintaining and updating invoice logs daily.
• Assisting in scanning and filing Agency’s vouchers and checks written weekly.
• Assisting in re-tagging inventory items for the Agency.
• Assisting with office-wide travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.

• Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Experience working with spreadsheets within MS Excel.
• Experience working with FMS;
  Quick Books; and MS Word.
• Strong communication skills both orally and written.

• High School diploma/GED.
• Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above.

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Regard for confidentiality.
