Global Industrial Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including developing and typing written correspondence, agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Screen and route telephone calls ensuring clients and vendors are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain significant personal interaction with senior leadership and all levels of the organization; communicate and represent the organization and executive appropriately.
- Act as the project manager for special projects at the request of the CIO, including planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
- Manage the CIO calendar, meeting arrangements, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
- Assist senior IT team members with related duties.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years administrative experience supporting executive level employees.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Suite applications with superior knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Extremely well organized and energetic with excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and telephone manner essential.
- Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization.
