Job Description

Administrative Support Worker responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, etc. Responsible to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities vary by location based on client requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees, answer inquiries or direct calls.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, PCs and MS Office.

Develop new skills and adjust job duties as necessary to meet commitments.

Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
Compensation

Hourly rate: $23.00.
