A leading global investment firm is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to join its team on a temp-to-perm structure. There are several opportunities to support senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.

The Opportunity
  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives
  • Identify and implement workflow efficiencies and process improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and support team initiatives
  • Manage expense processes and support systems-related changes
  • Serve as a point person for administrative processes and tools
  • Take on project-based work and broader business involvement
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and professionalism at all times
About You
  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within investment firms or similar high-performance financial services environments
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in demanding roles
  • Highly polished with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think proactively and operate with autonomy and discretion
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value beyond core responsibilities
