  • Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, summits, town halls, and social events
  • Provide support to internal committees (onboarding, training, inclusion, pro bono), tracking deliverables and coordinating meetings
  • Manage departmental inboxes, triaging requests, escalating time‑critical matters, and ensuring prompt responses
  • Provide basic project management support for cross‑team initiatives, including tracking milestones and action items
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and user experience, including through the use of technology
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices in document handling, compliance, and internal communication, demonstrating discretion, sound judgment, and tact in managing sensitive matters
  • Support time‑sensitive ad‑hoc operational and administrative requests
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders and frequent interactions with C‑level executives, preferably in a global organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive and positive mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident interfacing with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with confidential information and sound judgment in decision‑making
  • High comfort level with technology, including the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly
Preferred Experience
