  • Identify operational inefficiencies and surface strategic recommendations to improve how leaders spend time and energy.
  • Serve as a key communication liaison, distilling complex information into clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities; calm, decisive, and effective when plans change.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to act autonomously.
  • Thoughtful interaction with internal and external teams.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
What We Require
  • Previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking, including with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Excellent digital literacy; proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense–reporting software.

  • Supportive leave of absence program for military service and medical events.
  • Paid leave for new parents and subsidized backup care.
  • Fertility and family‑building benefits, including adoption, surrogacy, and preservation.
  • Stipend for new‑child expenses.
  • 401(k) plan enrollment.
