The RoleWe are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support our busiest leaders. The role involves calendaring, managing travel and expenses, coordinating events, and acting as a strategic communication liaison. Strong organizational and diplomatic skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and anticipate the needs of high‑level stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals and teams across the business.
- Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing commitments to enhance productivity.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Track and process expense reports.
- Plan, support, and execute office events and external gatherings.
- Work autonomously and collaborate with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and surface strategic recommendations to improve how leaders spend time and energy.
- Serve as a key communication liaison, distilling complex information into clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on the "why" behind requests.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities; calm, decisive, and effective when plans change.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to act autonomously.
- Thoughtful interaction with internal and external teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking, including with senior leadership and external partners.
- Excellent digital literacy; proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries.
- Familiarity with travel booking and expense–reporting software.
The salary for this position is estimated to be $60,000 – $110,000 per year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units, a sign‑on bonus, and other potential future incentives. The estimate excludes the value of any potential sign‑on bonus, benefits, or long‑term incentives.
