A medical organization is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Transcription Assistant for a short-term project. This role involves working closely with a team member to accurately transcribe medical notes and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

• Transcribe medical notes, reports, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Review and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Organize and maintain confidential medical records and documents
• Work closely with staff to clarify information and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards
  
  Meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with other administrative documentation tasks as needed

• Excellent typing and transcription skills
