The Mobile Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing front-office support in a dynamic dental practice. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for patients, managing scheduling, communications, and administrative support to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule dental appointments as needed.
• Manage high-volume phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Enter and update patient information accurately in the electronic scheduling system.
• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with office policies and procedures.
• Support dental office operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in prior authorizations.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong front desk and clerical skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Work Environment

The position offers two openings:
Sunday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 6 PM (27 hours) and from 3:30 PM to 7 PM (21 hours). The role involves working at a mobile clinic, checking patients in within a 20-mile radius of South Fallsburg, NY. Additional hours can be made up at the brick-and-mortar site. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
