Job Title
Receptionist/Clerical
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
Assist sales staff with filing and administrative tasks
Check and communicate the status of customer orders
Make change and support counter sales transactions
Support sales transactions and credit approval processes
Provide administrative and operational support to management
Receive and process all special-order hardware
Bill out and receive inventory transfers
Set up and process Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions
Receive and verify purchase orders (POs)
Perform hands-on bookkeeping and recordkeeping duties
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of transactions
Maintain organized records and support daily branch operations
QualificationsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service skills
Industry experience is a plus
Weekend availability required
Experience with an ERP System a plus

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $20.00 - $24.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
