Executive Assistant | NYC | Hybrid
Compensation: $,000
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings, events, off-sites, and travel (domestic & international)
- Process expense reports and prepare meeting materials
- Support reporting, research, and ad hoc projects
- Provide backup support across executive teams
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience within asset management, private equity, investment management, or financial services
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
