About Your Role

Serve as the foundational support and primary executor for the Managing Deputy CIO. Together, you will create the structure, communication, and operating rhythm that enables the Executive to perform at their highest level.

This is a role for a candidate who will enjoy building a long‑term partnership and find satisfaction not only in flawless execution, but also in being a trusted thought partner and valued member of the Executive's Team. This is a role for a disciplined, high‑fidelity, experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑moving environments and finds deep satisfaction in creating order. You will be the operational anchor for an Executive who pivots rapidly, requiring you to jump between shifting priorities without letting details slip.

Additionally, maintain a close partnership with the Executive’s family PA to ensure professional and personal lives integrate flawlessly.

Manage an extensive network of internal and external relationships with exceptional judgment, responsiveness, and discretion, ensuring stakeholders receive thoughtful and effective engagement.
  • Operational Logistics & Travel & Expense Management: Manage the operational details that enable the Executive to perform at the highest level, and handle the essential daily details that keep the Executive on track, including coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of administrative rigor through meticulous expense management, compliance tracking, document preparation, and record keeping. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence across all administrative responsibilities.
