Our client, a manufacturing facility, is seeking a Front Office Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Front Office Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting operations, HR, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Front Office Operations Coordinator
Location: Tappan, NY
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications in a busy manufacturing environment
- Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls accurately and handling urgent communications
- Coordinate visitor access, security check-ins, and badge issuance following facility protocols
- Maintain front office operations including scheduling, mail distribution, and supply management across departments
- Provide administrative support to various teams, including data entry, reporting, and document management
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and customer service skills
