TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant for an opportunity in New York, NY!

Expected Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension based on business needs

Pay Range: $35.00/hr. – $45.00/hr.

Job Description:

TSR Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level administrative support to a senior executive at a globally recognized media and publishing organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The ideal candidate is a polished professional with experience supporting C-level executives, coordinating complex calendars, managing domestic and international travel, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Organize leadership meetings, team offsites, all-hands meetings, and special events.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including conference rooms, catering, visitor registration, and technology setup.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Process expense reports accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Draft correspondence and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support general administrative functions and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Strong calendar management and executive scheduling experience.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience using Slack and other collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience supporting executives within media, publishing, entertainment, fashion, or corporate headquarters environments.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong event planning and executive meeting coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and manage competing priorities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Monday–Friday schedule, core business hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
  • Monday through Thursday onsite in New York City;
    Friday remote.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent requests outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven executive environment.
