Overview

The Junior Associate will be an essential part of Coral Care's day-to-day operations, supporting our fast-growing team with everything from employee events and office management to partnership logistics and growth initiatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a mission-driven startup that's transforming pediatric therapy access across the country.

Description

As a Junior Associate at Coral Care, you'll keep our team running smoothly while directly supporting the business as we scale. You'll be the person who makes things happen — organizing team events, ensuring our office is a great place to work, and helping the growth team execute on key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and is excited to learn the inner workings of a high-growth startup from day one.

About

Us

Coral Care is transforming access to pediatric therapy by connecting families with trusted local clinicians who provide care in the home. We partner with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver high-quality, in-person services while handling the administrative work that makes care possible — including credentialing, billing, payor contracting, and scheduling.

Our mission is to make it easier for families to get the support their children need and to create a sustainable path for clinicians to do the work they love. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in building the systems and operations that power this mission as we expand rapidly across the country.

About You

This role is a great fit for a recent graduate who is organized, proactive, and excited to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment. You might be:

  • Someone who thrives on keeping things organized and loves checking items off a list — while also thinking about how to make processes better.

  • A natural communicator who enjoys coordinating with people across teams and external partners.

  • Eager to learn and grow quickly, taking on new responsibilities as the company scales.

  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't wait to be told what needs to get done.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Events: Plan and execute internal team events, including all-hands meetings, team-building activities, and company celebrations — managing logistics from start to finish.

  • Partnership Materials: Prepare, organize, and ship partnership materials and collateral to providers, partners, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations for our NYC office, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and ensuring the workspace is welcoming and functional for the team.

  • Growth Team Support: Assist the growth team with key operational tasks, including research, outreach coordination, tracking, and project support as the business scales.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as connective tissue across teams, helping ensure projects stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and help build scalable systems as the company grows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a "get it done" attitude.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City. This is a fully in-office role.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary + equity

  • Location:

    NYC (fully in-office)

  • Medical coverage and health benefits

  • Unlimited vacation — Take what you need PTO policy

  • Opportunities for rapid growth in a high-growth, mission-driven startup

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment
