Atlantic Group is hiring a Sales Support Assistant (Temporary) in New York, NY for our client, supporting sales operations, data entry, and administrative functions within a fast‑paced business environment. This role will assist the sales support team by maintaining accurate records, processing information, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting day‑to‑day business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry:
    Enter, update, and maintain customer and sales information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales Support:
    Provide administrative support to the sales team by processing documentation, updating records, and assisting with daily operational tasks.
  • Record Management:
    Review and maintain data integrity while ensuring information is organized and up to date.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist with general office responsibilities, document preparation, and other department needs as assigned.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales and internal teams to ensure timely processing of information and efficient workflow.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and administrative processes while supporting overall team productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, sales support, customer service, or a related office environment is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Experience supporting sales or business operations is preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and experience working with databases or business systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately in a fast‑paced environment are required.
