TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global venture capital firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support while also managing investor communications and relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing an extremely busy and ever changing calendar for the Head of Investor Relations including scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing travel logistics including extremely heavy travel arrangements and itineraries, and corresponding expenses.
- Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serving as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinating investor meetings and conference calls, including associated logistics.
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Preparing and distributing investor communications, including newsletters, updates, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience supporting a senior level executive, handling heavy travel arrangements in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Position pays a base salary range of $125,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary annual bonus.
