We're Hiring:
Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Unlocking Futures is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. This role serves as the primary administrative partner to executive leadership while also managing key operational systems, communications, and reporting functions for the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in mission-driven environments, enjoys building systems that work, and takes initiative to keep projects and communications moving forward.
PositionDetails
- Part-time (approximately 15 hours per week)

Hybrid / NYC - Compensation:
High $20s per hour, depending on experience
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Manage internal and contractor communications and follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely progress.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings with partners, funders, and stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative systems.
- Serve as Google Workspace Administrator, managing accounts, shared drives, permissions, and organizational resources.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Coordinate internal workflows and streamline administrative processes.
- Compile and prepare the monthly board report by gathering updates from leadership and program staff.
- Maintain board communications and organizational documentation.
- Draft and distribute the organization's monthly e-newsletter.
- Support internal and external communications.
- Coordinate messaging and organizational announcements with leadership.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and community engagements as needed.
