A multinational advisory firm is actively recruiting for a bright and highly polished Executive Assistant to join their passionate and hardworking team in New York. In this incredible role, you will have the opportunity to form true partnerships with a few of the firm’s dynamic Partners. This will include providing excellent day-to-day support, ensuring the Partners are on track with important initiatives and deadlines, and collaborating on high-level business projects.

*** This role 5 days/week onsite located in midtown Manhattan

Responsibilities
  • Complex calendar management and meeting coordination for Partners
  • Communicate and build a strong rapport with high-end clientele on a regular basis
  • Prepare presentation materials, draft documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Plan and schedule frequent domestic and international travel itineraries for the team
  • Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports
  • Collaborate with the broader administrative team on process improvements and streamlining workflow
  • Manage and track ongoing projects assigned to Partners
  • Provide back-up support to the Office Manager and other Administrative staff as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative support in professional services or global firms
  • Proficiency in MS Word, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to proactively collaborate with team members but also solve problems independently
  • Highly motivated, self-starting approach to all tasks
