Location: New York

A global Swiss-based company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join its New York City office. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will serve as a key point of contact for executive support, office operations, and bilingual communication across internal teams and external clients. They are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is fluent in both English and French.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Translate verbal and written communications between English and French for executives, clients, and business partners.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence in both English and French.
  • Welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and serve as a professional first point of contact.
  • Maintain confidential records and organize both physical and electronic documents.
  • Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internal systems to maintain accurate records and workflows.
Ideal Background
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, receptionist, or office administration role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or internal databases is a plus.
  • Professional, polished, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
