Advancement Services Records Coordinator / Gabelli School of Business
Reporting to the Advancement Services Administrator (Records) in Fordham’s Office of Development and University Relations, the part‑time Records Coordinator for the Gabelli School of Business is responsible for updating and maintaining the integrity of records for Gabelli School of Business constituents. This role works in close coordination with the DAUR Gabelli team to ensure their data needs are supported.
Essential Functions- Coordinates data intake from a wide variety of sources from notification to finalization at the direction of the Advancement Services Administrator (Records) and in coordination with the DAUR Gabelli School of Business team.
- Alerts the DAUR Gabelli School of Business team once updates have been completed.
- Maintains and enhances biographical data in a MS Dynamics‑based CRM to support the School’s fundraising and constituent engagement efforts.
- Provides feedback to DAUR Gabelli School of Business staff to inform and ensure best practices in data intake and use.
- Keeps pace with technologically driven changes and industry standards for data enhancement and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
- Two years of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize work effectively, meet firm deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a continually evolving technical environment.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong solution‑minded customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
