The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless office operations, supporting leadership, and driving efficiency across administrative functions. This position requires a high level of organization, problem‑solving, and initiative to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Core Responsibilities- Maintain meeting coordination to optimize leadership time and efficiency. Manage issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner.
- Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving workflow efficiency. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism, meeting established deadlines.
- Upload check requests and petty cash in ReQlogic for processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions per process guidelines.
- Maintain custodian responsibilities for metro cards and petty cash, ensuring proper tracking, distribution, and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records, confidential files, and documentation to support business operations. Close case records in accordance with organizational policies, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
- Prepare records for auditing, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review.
- Supervise receptionist staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- High School degree or GED
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
