We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations for a Contract position based in New York. This role is ideal for someone who can keep the office running smoothly, maintain clear communication across teams, and provide dependable front-office coordination. The successful candidate will help create an efficient workplace by managing essential office functions and handling routine operational needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure an orderly, efficient, and detail-oriented work environment

- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner
