Enrollment & Studio Support Coordinator
We’re seeking a dependable, kind, and detail-oriented person to join our small but dedicated team. In this role, you'll become a key part of our day-to-day operations—managing communications, supporting enrollment, and helping create a warm and organized space for our students and families.

Ideal for someone looking to be part of a supportive, mission-driven environment for more than just a season.

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
• Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
• Organize meetings
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

• High school diploma/GED required
• Self motivated
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Docs, Canva, Dropbox
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
