Position DetailsThe Licensing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the licensing process for clinicians and medical providers across our nationwide practice. This role assists with preparing and submitting licensing applications, tracking renewals and expirations, maintaining accurate licensing records, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date. The Licensing Coordinator serves as a liaison between clinicians, state licensing boards, and internal departments to help ensure a timely, organized, and compliant licensing process.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time
Responsibilities- Maintain licensing trackers and provider files.
- Enter and update provider data in internal systems.
- Request and organize missing documents.
- Pre-fill licensing, DEA, and renewal applications.
- Upload/save board documents and correspondence.
- Track application statuses and follow up on pending items.
- Prepare files for specialist review.
- Generate weekly status reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry.
- Healthcare, credentialing, or licensing experience preferred.
