Job DescriptionWithin a versatile team and directly attached to the head of urban planning, you will be responsible for the processing of urban planning authorization requests, the verification of the conformity of constructions, and the relationship with users (information and response to requests for communication from administrations, companies, and individuals).
• Process all administrative acts related to land rights in compliance with urban planning rules (PLUI, Code of Urban Planning) and regulatory deadlines.
• Analyze projects from a technical, legal, environmental, and architectural perspective.
• Formulate motivated and concise opinions, and write the corresponding orders.
• Follow up on consultations with external services.
Experience required in processing. Diploma level V / Initial or continuing education in urban planning and land use. Proficiency with the Cart@DS software environment would be a plus.
