* The Role:

** Administrative talent is critical to the success of our business. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking to engage with exceptional Executive Assistants to provide high‐impact administrative support to senior professionals and their teams across the firm. These roles are based in our New York office and require in‐office attendance Monday through Thursday. The successful candidates will operate as trusted partners to the business, demonstrating sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‐moving, institutional environment.

** Responsibilities:
*** Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
* Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, interfacing with senior internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
* Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for client meetings, investor engagements, internal meetings, and leadership forums
* Arrange and manage sophisticated domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
* Support conference, event, and board related logistics as needed
* Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
* Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative colleagues to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
* Support special projects and confidential initiatives as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Significant experience supporting senior executives within asset management, financial services, or a comparable institutional environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated track record managing complex calendars and international travel
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow‐through
* Strong judgment, problem‐solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure in a fast‐paced setting
* High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
* Collaborative, service‐oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $100,000to $120,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
