Duties
  • Secure test materials and administer Civil Service examinations to candidates.
  • Understand and comply with all examination guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Read routine instructions to candidates and provide aid to examinees during their examinations.
  • Assist in the distribution of exam materials and collect and account for all associated test material upon completion.
  • Set up and distribute computer testing devices (Chromebooks) to candidates and assist them with logging in and submitting exams if necessary.
  • Use software to virtually proctor candidates in a remote setting.
  • Complete all required paperwork for the various exams administered and report any suspected irregularities or discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel will be required throughout the School Districts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and perform basic computer functions.
  • Ability to read, communicate effectively with others, and speak confidently in front of large groups of people.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population in a calm and courteous manner under stressful conditions.
Additional Comments

Candidates will be required to work at Testing Sites at all locations.

Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
