Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executive management at Burlington Stores, including communication and coordination across all levels of the organization. This position requires working with sensitive, confidential, strategic, and critical information, often addressing complex and time-sensitive matters. The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leaders and other key stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, discretion, and autonomy in managing a wide array of responsibilities.

- Exercise discretion and autonomy in managing a wide variety of administrative items with varying levels of complexity, time sensitivity, and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively on behalf of the executive(s) supported, using tact, diplomacy, and discretion in both written and verbal communications.
- Collaborate effectively with other Executive Assistants to coordinate travel, prepare for major meetings, and ensure continuity of support during absences.
- Demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, and initiative in taking on additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
- Calendar & Travel Management – Manage complex travel arrangements, including multi‑stop, multi‑modal, and multi‑traveler itineraries, and proactively create and maintain executive calendars.
- Event & Program Coordination – Organize, coordinate, and support large and complex programs, events, or conferences, including venue, catering, invitations, speakers, budgets, and seamless execution.
- Financial & Compliance Administration – Prepare executive expense reports, review approval requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies, and contribute to special projects.
- Data, Reporting & Presentation Development – Pull and concisely compile data from multiple corporate systems to support business‑driving initiatives and prepare high‑level PowerPoint presentations.
- 10+ years of executive‑level administrative experience, ideally within a large, multi‑location corporate environment spanning multiple time zones; retail industry experience preferred.
- Experience working with complex multiple calendar management and scheduling.
- Proficient in managing multiple executive calendars, coordinating complex travel, and organizing large meetings.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with budget and expense management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across varying levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to provide or arrange after‑hours support, as needed.
Compensation Range: $25.15 - $34.00 per hour.
