- Manage supply orders and vendor invoices through the procurement system, maintaining efficient administrative operations across the department.
- Support ad-hoc projects and reporting requests, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and delivering reliable output under time pressure.
- Demonstrated experience in office administration within a large-scale, complex organization, with the ability to support senior leadership effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to produce polished documents and presentations independently.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and processes, adapting to changing tools and workflows with minimal ramp-up time.
- Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented, with a consistent ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Sound judgement when handling sensitive information, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and professional conduct in a regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Prior experience supporting senior executives within financial services, banking, Markets or a similarly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with procurement or expense management platforms, such as travel and entertainment systems or procure-to-pay tools.
- A hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you flexibility while keeping you connected to your team.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership within a high-profile division, broadening your professional network and deepening your understanding of global financial markets.
- Access to learning and development programs that support your growth and help you build skills relevant to a long-term career in financial services.
- Wellbeing and financial support resources designed to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance and plan for your future.
- A collaborative, performance-driven team culture where your contribution to the smooth running of a senior leadership function is recognized and valued.
