Administrative Assistant, Studio Operations, 3156-1
The Studios Operations team keeps the studio running — from the stage floor to the front door. We're a service-oriented team that takes pride in the details: a well-stocked pantry, a smoothly coordinated catering order, and a facility maintenance need coordinated with our landlord that doesn’t fall through the cracks. We support on‑site productions and internal teams across Client Services, Studio Admin, and Stage Operations, delivering an exceptional client experience for our productions is at the heart of everything we do.
That means working cohesively, moving fast, and anticipating needs before they become problems. No two days look the same. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organized, and genuinely energized by making things work — someone who finds satisfaction in the behind‑the‑scenes work that makes the on‑screen work possible.
The Administrative Assistant, Studio Operations provides operational and administrative support to the Studio Operations team. This role supports the Senior Manager, Studio Operations and core functions (Client Services, Studio Admin, Stage Specialists) by managing facility tickets, supplies, catering, documentation, and light logistics. The Administrative Assistant helps keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly so the team can focus on strategic, production‑facing work.
