Administrative Receptionist

Salary: $20/hour+ based on experience

LaSante Health Center is seeking an Administrative Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests on our new Healthcare Mobile Unit
, as well as overseeing administrative duties for the medical team. This position involves scheduling appointments, clarifying intake procedures for new patients, verifying insurance, and handling payment transactions.

• Greet patients professionally both in person and over the phone
• Enter precise information into Electronic Health Records.
• Coordinate patient appointments, providing guidance on required documents and arrival times.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing inquiries accordingly.
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verify insurance
• Assist with any additional tasks directed by supervisor with diligence and efficiency.

• Customer service and insurance verification experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
