Our client is seeking a highly experienced Assistant to support a very high-level senior executive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This critical support role is for someone comfortable managing a very busy calendar, handling last-minute changes, and staying ahead of competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a senior executive in a large corporate setting within financial services, be client-facing, organized, proactive, discreet, and able to operate with a high level of independence.
The role requires someone comfortable managing a demanding schedule, including early mornings and occasional after-hours support.

Compensation$130,000 base salary + overtime eligibility, additional overtime opportunities, and discretionary bonus potential.
Responsibilities- Own and manage a complex, high-volume calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, prioritizing meetings, and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, off-sites, and executive events.
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and executive correspondence.
- Manage expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and other administrative processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contacts, and other executive assistants to ensure priorities are handled efficiently.
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with team-related projects, recruiting coordination, vendor management, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Anticipate needs, follow through on open items, and proactively address issues before they arise.
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Proven experience managing heavy calendaring in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in financial services.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to support business needs outside of standard working hours when required.
- Ability to work primarily in-office with flexibility as needed.
