It provides consumer credit and residential real estate solutions using machine learning, a vast data network, and AI‑driven approaches. Offices are located in New York and Tel Aviv.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled, adaptable, and energetic Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of People, this unique role blends high‑level executive support with a strong focus on internal culture and employee experience.

You will be the primary support partner for 4‑5 key executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their priorities, schedules, and operations. Beyond traditional EA duties, you will support onsite culture events such as happy hours, team‑building activities, and engagement initiatives that make our midtown office a fantastic place to work.

The ideal candidate moves with speed, maintains a consistently positive attitude, and possesses a true service‑oriented mindset where no task is too big or too small.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Provide proactive, fast‑paced executive support for 4‑5 key company executives, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including agendas, accommodations, and on‑the‑ground details.
  • Support preparation for internal and external meetings by organizing briefing documents, decks, and key materials.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow‑up across internal and external stakeholders to keep operations seamless.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the leaders you support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when handling highly confidential information.
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Partner with other admins across the company to plan, coordinate, and execute onsite employee experience initiatives, including happy hours, catered lunches, team‑building activities, and milestone celebrations.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador for the office, fostering a welcoming, highly engaged, and inclusive environment.
  • Bring a service‑oriented mindset to the daily office experience, jumping in wherever needed (eg greeting guests, serving/setting up lunch, and ensuring meeting rooms are ready).
  • Partner with the Global Head of People to roll out broader engagement and morale‑boosting initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment. Prior experience in office management, event planning, or culture initiatives is a major plus.
  • Speed & Attitude:
Operate with urgency and efficiency without sacrificing quality, while bringing a positive, can‑do energy to work every day.
  • Organizational Rigor:
Strong time‑management skills with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple executives.
  • Service‑Oriented & No Ego: A true team player ready to roll up sleeves to get things done.
  • Communication:
Clear, professional written and verbal communication; represent the leadership team effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactivity:
Think ahead, anticipate bottlenecks, and propose solutions before being asked.
  • Trust & Discretion:
High degree of integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Work Arrangement:
Willingness to work out of our midtown NYC office 5 days per week, with occasional evening support for events as needed.

Compensation Range for New York Based Hires: $90,000 - $120,000 USD.
