Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our General Partner at Crew Capital and Chief Strategy Officer & GTM COO s role sits at the center of a fast-moving executive office, keeping the executive’s calendar, communications, and priorities organized across a large public company, while also lending light-touch support on scheduling, travel, and correspondence for Crew Capital. The ideal candidate is sharp, discreet, and energized by variety, equally comfortable coordinating an executive offsite as they are prepping for a board meeting or booking travel across two organizations.

What

You’ll Do Strategic Partnership
  • Act as a true thought partner: understand priorities well enough to make judgment calls, flag what matters, and filter what doesn’t across two distinct organizations.
  • Represent the executive’s voice and priorities in rooms they aren’t in, building enough trust and context to speak on their behalf when needed.
  • Anticipate needs across a public-company agenda and a venture agenda, proactively managing competing priorities without losing sight of either.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner closely with UiPath leadership and Crew Capital’s team to keep initiatives, operating rhythms, and communications moving; track action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Serve as a connective layer across both organizations — surfacing issues, coordinating stakeholders, and driving alignment on the executive’s behalf.
  • Own complex, high-visibility logistics: board sessions, investor meetings, offsites, and events that reflect well on both organizations.
  • Use good judgment on when to nudge, when to wait, and when to elevate to keep things moving.
AI-Enabled Efficiency
  • Actively use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, and meeting prep.
  • Build lightweight systems and templates, using AI where useful, that improve how the executive and broader team operate.
Executive Support
  • Own and proactively manage a complex, high-volume calendar spanning UiPath and Crew Capital, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against business impact.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Oversee expenses and light administrative/financial coordination with accuracy, discretion, and an eye toward business priorities, not just process compliance.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
  • A strategic thinker who can synthesize context across two different organizations, anticipates what the executive needs before being asked, and brings structure to ambiguity, someone comfortable being a force multiplier, not just a scheduler.
  • 3+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or investor; experience spanning more than one organization or function is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, not just managing a calendar.
  • Strong track record using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve personal and team productivity.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and business acumen; able to represent the executive credibly with minimal oversight.
  • Experience planning and executing high-visibility events, offsites, and leadership or investor meetings.
  • Ability to context-switch fluidly between a large public company and an early-stage venture environment.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support outside standard business hours given the pace of the role.
Why This Role

You’ll be a UiPath employee working directly with a founding executive who has helped scale UiPath from an early-stage startup to a public company, and who continues to back and build new companies through Crew Capital. It’s a rare seat that blends the operating rigor of a large public tech company with the pace and variety of early-stage venture, ideal for someone who wants exposure to both worlds.
