Role Description The Sales Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position supports the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, preparing sales documents, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves handling data entry for orders and customer information, generating reports, and ensuring databases are up to date.
The Sales Administrative Assistant responds to customer inquiries, coordinates with internal departments to resolve issues, and helps prepare sales presentations and materials. The individual in this role contributes to smooth sales operations by staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and providing timely communication to team members and external partners.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, and organization.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and support retailer and partner needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales support skills, such as preparing sales materials and assisting with order processing.
- Candidates should possess accurate Data Entry skills, including attention to detail in maintaining records and updating systems.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) is beneficial.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or accessories industries is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in business, administration, or related fields is preferred.
