About the Role:As the Office Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office while helping deliver a seamless employee experience. You'll partner across teams to keep the workplace running efficiently, support office initiatives and events, and serve as a go-to resource for employees, guests, and vendors.
Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment for employees and visitors
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Support internal meetings, team events, and office-wide initiatives
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Partner with facilities and building management to address office needs
- Greet guests and assist with conference room coordination
- Serve as a resource for employees by helping resolve day-to-day workplace requests
- Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed
- Previous experience in office coordination, workplace, administrative, hospitality, or operations support
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Friendly, service-oriented, and enjoys creating a positive workplace experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
