The Client
We're partnering with a respected organisation to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO during a key project. This short-term assignment is ideal for a proactive, highly organised professional who enjoys working with senior leaders, coordinating governance activities, and ensuring executive operations run seamlessly.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the EA to the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive and administrative support across governance, executive coordination and project activities. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, prepare high-quality documentation and provide professional support to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the EA to the CEO across a range of business priorities.
- Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare presentations and create engaging, high-quality PowerPoint decks.
- Develop, structure and format executive papers, reports and business documentation to a high standard.
- Provide secretariat support, including preparing board papers, agendas, minutes and action logs.
- Manage document control, ensuring information is well organised, accurate and professionally presented.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide general administrative support.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, document preparation and meeting support.
About You
- Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
- Strong diary management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with an eye for design, presentation and storytelling.
- Exceptional document management, formatting and attention to detail.
- Experience preparing executive reports, board papers and governance documentation.
- Highly technical, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Creative, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to produce polished, executive-level documentation.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve productivity.
