* Experience our exceptional brands with a generous annual product allowance and through Company Events EMBRACE EXCELLENCE We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to three senior leaders within the Executive Leadership Team, including the RMD/CEO. This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the Americas, the UK and externally.
This role is primarily office-based and requires a high level of flexibility to support executive stakeholders. While hybrid working is available, the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office regularly, including on days when executives are onsite and for key meetings and business priorities. MAKE AN IMPACT You will play a key role in enabling our senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities by:
- Managing complex executive calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including handling
* Supporting Executive Leadership Team meetings, town halls and key business events from planning through to execution.
* Preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
* Acting as a trusted liaison between executives, colleagues, customers and external partners.
* Tracking actions, deadlines and business priorities to ensure effective follow-through.
* Supporting Finance and Legal teams with invoice management, compliance activities and licence renewals.
* Helping deliver an exceptional office and visitor experience, including supporting meetings, events and international guests. YOUR TALENT AND SKILLS We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with a proactive, solutions-focused approach:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the
* Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly professional, discreet and trusted to handle confidential information.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience of AI tools welcomed.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do mindset.
- Experience of SAP and Concur would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Eligible to work in the US and willing to travel occasionally when required.
