Executive Assistant to EVP of Development
Location: Hudson Yards, NYC
Schedule: 5 days onsite | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
Compensation: $90k - $110k, paid hourly + overtime + discretionary bonus + benefits
Responsibilities:- Own and manage a complex, constantly evolving calendar, anticipating conflicts and navigating multiple offices and time zones
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including air, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Prepare and process expense reports while partnering closely with Finance
- Coordinate and plan internal and external events, including lunches, dinners, networking events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Serve as a key point of contact for new hires, technology setup, department needs, and office supplies
- Manage conference rooms, phone lines, messages, and general office organization
- Assist with presentations, reports, internal and external materials, printing, and binding
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and support the executive and broader team as needed
- 3+ years of strong executive-level administrative experience; corporate experience highly preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and dependable
- Confident managing and prioritizing a senior executive’s time while holding them accountable to commitments
- A true gatekeeper who understands how to navigate personalities, office dynamics, and competing priorities
- Thick-skinned and comfortable receiving direct feedback without taking it personally
- Thrives in “organized chaos” and can quickly shift direction when priorities change
- Has a strong sense of urgency and consistently stays one step ahead
- Team-oriented, humble, and operates with a no-ego, team-first mentality
- Highly professional and mature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
