Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharma Quality Documentation Support professional to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Department supporting documentation and records management, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance and ensuring the integrity of quality records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to succeed and grow within this dynamic environment.

Pay Range: $20-$23/hr
Duration: 8 months (potential to extend)
What's the Job?
- Support the administration, issuance, retrieval, and archival of quality-related records and documentation.
- Maintain and organize physical records within the records room to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Perform document scanning, indexing, filing, and data entry activities accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management of documentation and archived records to ensure proper tracking.
- Support requests from internal teams regarding documentation and record retrieval, ensuring timely service.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
