Location: New York
NBCUniversal in New York, NY seeks an experienced executive assistant to support the show's film producer. You will copy and distribute scripts, schedules, and rundowns; monitor changes; manage calendars; arrange travel; submit expenses; and assist with budgets across multiple productions.
You must maintain confidentiality, multi-task effectively, and be available for overtime. On-site, full-time employment with hourly pay between $17.50 and $20.00.
