This luxury hospitality company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a member of their C-Suite in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for managing the executive calendar, travel, communications, meetings, events, and key projects while serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thorough, proactive, and dependable, with excellent judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, arrange travel logistics for both international and domestic trips, including itineraries and reservations, oversee expenses and assist with meetings, conferences, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and administrative right hand, liaising among key internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Workspace to prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, recaps, and executive communications.
- Coordinate projects, timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and follow-up through completion.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Support day-to-day office operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Blended administrative and service background. You have a minimum of two years of executive assistant experience supporting senior level executives/principles. Candidates with prior experience supporting C-Suite executives or high-end corporate customer service, hospitality experience will stand out!
- Google pro. You are familiar with and skilled with the applications of Google Workspace and can navigate various office software platforms with ease.
- Resourceful and respectful. As the gatekeeper to this executive’s time and schedule, you will play a key role in ensuring their time is aligned with their priorities. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and address potential conflicts with professionalism and maturity.
- Ready to meet the moment. You have exceptional communication skills, a team player mentality, and are ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high expectations environment.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
