* part time. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in our dental office.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and managing their appointments.
- Verifying insurance information and processing billing.
- Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Assisting with office organization and administrative duties.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
- Thursday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
- Saturday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Experience: Not required
Employment: Part-time
Salary: $17 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
