Our client is a growing investment firm focused on partnering with investors across the private markets landscape. The firm operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations and Business Development team. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership, fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and strategic business development efforts.
THE ROLE
The firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior Investor Relations and Business Development professionals. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the team, helping manage complex schedules, coordinate global travel, support fundraising activities, and ensure seamless execution of investor-facing initiatives.
This role is ideal for an Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and excels at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing executive support to senior Investor Relations and Business Development professionals
- Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting investor meetings, fundraising initiatives, roadshows, conferences, and industry events
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications
- Assisting with investor reporting cycles and ongoing relationship management activities
- Processing expenses and ensuring timely submission and reconciliation
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Providing team support and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed
THE CANDIDATE

QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives within private equity, investment management, alternative investments, financial services, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and managing complex calendars
- Strong domestic and international travel coordination experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, Fundraising, Business Development, or client-facing teams preferred
THE COMP / WORK SCHEDULE / BENEFITS
- Base salary: $100,000-$120,000, dependent on experience
