Our client, a Property Services and Asset Management Firm located in Meatpacking District, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Tenant Service Coordinator to support daily operations at one NYC location. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office.

Hours:

9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch, availability for OT as needed. The temp duration is approximately 3 months with potential to extend or convert. Pay in line with 60K-70K perm base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for the property management office
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide administrative support to management and property staff
  • Prepare tenant invoices for utilities, purchases, work orders, and service requests
  • Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
  • Communicate with building tenants and vendors
  • Maintain online work order and visitor entry platforms
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and maintain loading dock and freight reservations
  • Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors
  • Ensure property invoices are coded and processed in a timely manner
  • Complete daily review of tenant requests and work with engineering, security and cleaning staff to resolve issues
  • Assist in the scheduling and communication of all tenant communication and contractor-related work within the building
  • Support building, tenant and external group events by coordinating logistics (e.g., space planning, catering, vendors, and other logistics)

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity in a professional office setting
  • Medical, dental and vision (100% paid), 0-2 years 15 days PTO ; 2-5 years 20 days PTO; 5+ years 25 days PTO plus holidays, 401K & commuter benefits
