Nonprofit Administration Intern — Hands-On Experience

The Administration Intern/Volunteer will provide essential clerical and office support, gaining hands‑on experience in nonprofit administration and operations.

• Scan, print, organize, and file documents
• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers
• Assist with document preparation and meeting notes
• Support email and inbox management
• Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
• Support event administration and check‑in preparation
• Track training completion and administrative records

• Practical administrative and office experience
• Exposure to nonprofit operations
• Professional organizational skills
• Resume‑ready experience

• Will be a student or entry‑level professional seeking administrative experience
• Will be organized, dependable, and detail oriented
• Will be comfortable working in an office environment
• Will be available for in‑person work 10–30 hours per week
