NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS) is seeking a supervisor for the Voucher Enrollment Unit to oversee enrollment processing and staff coverage in the NYC area. You will manage workflows, ensure quality and respond to high-priority inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
As part of the Office of Child Care Operations, you will collaborate with HRA Job Center Staff, process vouchers for TANF and low-income families, and generate enrollment reports.
