Job Description The Workplace Planning & Operations Coordinator supports the effective execution of workplace planning, occupancy management, and real estate operations by ensuring the accuracy of workplace data, coordinating space-related activity, and supporting planning initiatives that enable informed decision-making and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key coordination resource for maintaining occupancy records, planning documentation, reporting, and stakeholder requests, helping advance a more structured, data-driven approach to workplace operations while building foundational expertise in workplace planning and occupancy management.

Compensation Data COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $34.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. BENEFITS:

Job Responsibilities Coordinate workplace planning and occupancy activities in alignment with established policies, standards, and planning protocols.

Process space requests, seating assignments, office moves, and occupancy updates while maintaining accurate documentation.

Maintain occupancy plans, floor plans, seating charts, and workplace databases to support data integrity and decision-making.

Monitor occupancy changes and ensure timely updates to workplace management systems.

Maintain accurate workplace, occupancy, and utilization data across planning tools and source documents.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to support leadership visibility into space needs, trends, and occupancy changes.

Validate data inputs, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrections to improve reporting accuracy.

Organize and maintain planning documentation, records, and supporting materials for easy reference and audit readiness.

Serve as a responsive point of coordination for space-related requests, questions, and follow-ups from internal stakeholders.

Gather workspace requirements, clarify request details, and route items for review, approval, or action.

Communicate status updates, next steps, and required information clearly and professionally.

Track deliverables, milestones, open items, and follow-ups to support timely execution.

Prepare meeting materials, notes, action items, and project updates as needed.

Partner with GREWS team members, Facilities, IT, and stakeholders to support coordinated implementation.

Support the development, maintenance, and consistent application of workplace planning processes, templates, and procedures.

Maintain organized records for requests, approvals, moves, planning decisions, and related operational documentation.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, communications, and administrative tasks that support GREWS operations.

Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, facilities, workplace, project coordination, or related operational experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE). Education High School Diploma Associates preferred
