• Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and vendor correspondence
• Support project coordination by maintaining records and communicating with clients and suppliers
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets

• Entry level
  -3 years of administrative or office support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in construction, architecture, or building products industries is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and a team-oriented attitude
