Our client, a prominent Midtown Manhattan real estate law firm is seeking an experienced, polished and professional Receptionist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in creating an exceptional first impression for clients and visitors.

The Receptionist will serve as a key point of contact for the firm and will be responsible for:

• Managing a busy multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
• Greeting clients, visitors and guests in a warm and professional manner
• Notifying personnel of visitor arrivals and issuing visitor passes in accordance with firm security procedures
• Coordinating and reserving conference rooms for attorneys and staff
• Responding to general inquiries and providing directions and information as needed
• Ensuring the reception area consistently reflects the professionalism of the firm

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Receptionist experience in a law firm or professional services environment required
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, polished and personable demeanor
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Location: Midtown Manhattan — 100% onsite

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000
